Conner LeBlanc is the Senior Business Development & Compliance Manager at Baton Rouge-based technology company, General Informatics. For the past four years Conner has served as the interpreter between GI’s engineers and South Louisiana business owners—turning tech jargon into practical, profit-maximizing cybersecurity and AI solutions.

A licensed Louisiana attorney with an JD/MBA from LSU, Conner has delivered Continuing Legal Education lectures on IT, AI, cybersecurity, and other technology-related topics to bar associations statewide and has advised leaders in the legal, banking, healthcare, engineering, maritime, and governmental sectors. Most recently, Conner has focused his efforts on businesses operating in the legal and banking space in the hopes of hardening their cybersecurity practices as they begin leveraging the AI tools necessary for sustained competitive advantages.

Conner is a native of Morgan City and part Hamer/Hover/LeBlanc family, owner/operators of B&G Food Enterprises, a Taco Bell franchisee with over 220 locations across 5 states. responsible for providing nearly 5,000 jobs to the region and over 3,000 in Louisiana alone. He currently lives in Gonzales with his wife Victoria and their 3-month-old son, Theodore.
